Roof Inspection
Why is the Insurance Company Requiring a
Roof Condition Inspection?
The insurance company asked for a Roof Condition Inspection because they have no record of the age or condition of your roof.

What are we looking for during a Roof Condition Certification?
As with the 4 Point Inspection, we are looking primarily at the roof covering. There must be no visible signs of
deterioration such as lifting, curling, missing, or losing tiles or shingles. The
deck must also be free of significant warping or uneven decking. There must be
a life expectancy of 3-5 years on the roof covering with no visible indications of leaking.
The Roof Condition Certification is the simplest of the inspections typically requested by the insurance company.
